A1- Follow-up and finalization of the works with quality control system in the execution and the finishing to the different trades.

A2- In pre-opening, planning of the cleanings site and finalization of works with rigor of the details.

A3- Definition of the list of needs of small and large operating materials, linen and small machinery in accordance with the category of the hotel.

A4- Development and implementation of management policies :

• Establish procedures manuals and work systems for internal management in each department.
• Executive hiring policy and staff contract
• Pay policy to follow after benchmarking (comparative)
• Establish pre-opening budget and estimated operating budget for economic results
• Productivity scales by occupation and seasons
• Define the internal operating lines of the front office and the back office
• Procedures and systematic service in each front office department.

A5- Food and Beveridge Concepts and Accommodation :

• Coordination with designer manager and validation of proposals according to hotel profile and potential clientele
• Graphic production of sales support (cards) and validation
• Determination of material needs and validation proposal responsible designer

A6- Corporate Image, Marketing and Communication :

• Goals definition.
• Identification of markets and target audiences.
• Articulation of the communication axis and positioning
• Creations of the brand manual (politics and identities)
• Creation of the visual identity of the brand
• Implementation of the marketing and marketing plan
• Implementation of the communication and public relations plan
• Definition and launch of promotions on distribution channels

A7- Systematic purchasing and storage systems :

• Development of purchasing policies as well as internal operating procedures for storage points.

A8- Marketing (MIX MARKETING) :

• Define the essential components of the hotel’s operational marketing strategy.
• Establish price line to follow in relation to the product to position the hotel in the hotels panorama.
• Establish all the products and services adapted to customer demand.
• Implementation of the event customer acquisition plan.
• Implementation of a client portfolio and creation of BtoB partnerships.

A9- Management, administration and management of the hotel :

• Management contract, administration and management on behalf of the owner for a minimum period of 5 years, renewable mutual agreement.
