Training

In addition to the day-to-day support of the teams, their supervision and motivation, Safran international Hospitality & Management implements the continuous training programs adapted to all levels of the hotel staff. Training is provided by a panel of qualified executives(European / Maghreb) after agreement with the owner. The training offered by SAFRAN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY & MANAGEMENT makes it possible to make teams of real integrated actors of development of the establishment.

The procedure of setting up training courses by SAFRAN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY & MANAGEMENT can be summarized in the following steps :

✓ Assessment of skills and definitions of training need.
✓ Proposal panel of trainers and executives to the owner of the hotel.
✓ Proposal training program.
✓ Stopping the training program.
